It’s Working For Your Good!

The Power of a Setback, is that it is not really a setback but a set up. We often hear this and say that but what does it really mean to be set up when setbacks occur. In order to understand this you really have to change how you see your situation. You have to believe that if this has happened, God has allowed it for a reason. I want you to think about three things when it comes to setbacks.

  1. It redirects you! In order for God to get you on the right path, He needs to take you off the wrong path. We are so consumed with our plans and paths that sometimes we do not realize that we are off track. God redirects us because He knows what’s ahead. He knows that in the place where you currently are is not helpful to your destiny. So He has to create disaster in order to get your attention. He has to create unforeseen situations in order to get you to move.
  2. Look for the open door. When God allows a door to close, it is because He has something greater ahead. You don’t have to consider yourself a loser, you don’t have to feel has if you failed. Just know that something greater is ahead and you would of missed it on the other path. So raise your expectation and believe that God has greater in store for you. You can expect to see how it all works out for your good.
  3. Trust your guide. God is your guide. We fail to listen to Him because we feel that we know better. We feel that He is here to hurt us and not help us. You have to understand that God made you and He knows whats best for you. He will not leave you in a dark place, He is God. So learn to depend on His guidance and not your own. You can mess up some stuff with your way of thinking. So storms require a higher level of thinking.

Today, understand that you are in the right place at the right time. You are being pushed and positioned for something greater. You are not a failure. You don’t lose. Don’t get weary. It is going to work out for you!

Be Blessed!
